My Thoughts
This Book was such an epic read. It has the feel of a post-epidemic world. The stakes are very high and the world is very immersive from the first second. I want the outfits described in this book.
I binged this book as fast as I could. It was so relatable. The combo of genres was so interesting. The characters were so in depth and unique. HOWEVER! This is going to be a duology and the cliffhanger is KILLER.
I love books that blur genres. This book blends Scifi and fantasy beautifully.
This book uses a lot of familiar tropes and well worn story devices. But it really felt fresh to me.
How the virus works in this book is REALLY cool.
The only thing negative I have to say is “Why oh why did it have to be a horrible Cliffhanger?”
I really enjoyed the narrators of this book. The cast is amazing. The way the roles were divided up really helped my comprehension of the Characters. I really enjoyed this book. I can’t wait for the conclusion.
